This DVD has an extensive "trick book" highlighting all the current freestyle maneuvers and combo manuevers. It's more of a visual aid than a full-blown instructional video but each move is shown from several angles by several different riders. It's great for analysis but it's also very useful for putting a name with a maneuver.
